just came back
Vacation is over and so let the fun begin. everyone knows alresady how coach made all of 6th grade do squats so now everyone is hurting, but trust me for some people it may stop hurting the 2nd day it just feels like bruises all over your legs. My advice is to not to go up any stairs or down any and dont sit for long periods of times.Goodluck with the squats
